4 Week Herping Camp 2025

Service Description

Come with us as we explore the Wild Wonders of Utah County's wildlife this summer! Each week we will explore a different area of Utah County to find and identify as many Critters & Reptiles as we can. Along the way we will learn all about the different species of amphibians, invertebrates, and reptiles that call Utah home. We will also learn how to interact with them safely in their natural habitats, while we walk and hike. Few things to Keep in Mind: - Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or a sibling 11 years or older (must pay camp fees). - No Charge for Parents who come along with their child. We do encourage keeping toddler aged (2-4) siblings at home for safety. - While the walks and hikes are not meant to be challenging, children with physical challenges & or limitations must be accompanied by a primary adult caretaker. - Safety First: Close toed shoes are required! If your child arrives at the meetup without proper footwear, they will not be permitted to join the herping activity for that day and will not receive a refund for the day/week. - WEATHER: If Severe Weather is expected, Herping Meetups will be postponed for a later time that day or rescheduled for another day that works for the entire Camp Group. By Registering/ Booking your spot for Camp: - You give permission for medical professionals to provide emergency services to your child(ren) if necessary and agree to hold Critters, Reptiles, & Science; Oh My, Staff, and their volunteers harmless of any said illness, injury, or disease. - You further understand and agree that your child(ren) will abide by the general rules of conduct and that violations of those rules may result in denial of future participation, forfeiture of camp fees, and immediate dismissal from the remainder of the camp. NOTE: Our Herping Groups must have a minimum of 5 participants in order to be held. Tell Your Friends and Let's Go Herping!
