Herping Class 2026- Once a week (Adult)

Service Description

Did you know that Utah is home to over 70 native species of reptiles and amphibians? Join US for some fun and adventure, as we explore the wild wonders that Utah County has to offer! This year there will be 12 Weeks of opportunities to see the reptiles, amphibians, and other critters who call our wild backyard home. Classes will be Available Monday-Thursday, STARTING May 19th, and will be held weekly until August 6th. DEPENDENT on when we can make the Minimum Group Size (Four Participants). ​ Herping Classes will start at 9:30 AM and will go until 11:30 AM. Pick the days and weeks that work best for you and your friends! Locations will vary week to week, but will be within a 15 mile radius of Lehi, Utah. Few things to Keep in Mind: - While the walks and hikes are not meant to be challenging, children with physical challenges & or limitations must be accompanied by a primary adult caretaker. - Safety First: Close toed shoes are required! If your child arrives at the meetup without proper footwear, they will not be permitted to join the herping activity for that day and will not receive a refund for the day/week. - WEATHER: If Severe Weather is expected, Herping Meetups will be postponed for a later time that day or rescheduled for another day that works for the entire Camp Group. By Registering/ Booking your spot for the Class: - You give permission for medical professionals to provide emergency services to your child(ren) if necessary and agree to hold Critters, Reptiles, & Science; Oh My, Staff, and their volunteers harmless of any said illness, injury, or disease. - You further understand and agree that your child(ren) will abide by the general rules of conduct and that violations of those rules may result in denial of future participation, forfeiture of camp fees, and immediate dismissal from the remainder of the camp.
